PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Our production team maintains an enthusiastic, fast paced environment. We are currently seeking an organized, efficient associate with experience in a fast paced field, preferably as a line chef, barista or in order fulfillment. All of our production team members start in an entry level position with the ability to adapt and move into more advanced placement.

Requirements

- Ability to constantly maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the day.

- Must be able to work within a team framework and to communicate clearly to team members

- Has the ability to receive constructive criticism and to follow guidelines from supervisors.

- Can work with a physically fast pace throughout the day and meet deadlines under pressure.

- MUST LIFT, PUSH, PULL OR POUR UP TO 50LB OBJECTS

- CAN WORK AN ENTIRE SHIFT ON FOOT

- Takes initiative when needed to resolve matters or to improve processes

- Ability to follow directions and recipes with extreme diligence and attention to detail.

- Approaches the production of our product with a waste-not mindset

- Creativity and innovation are greatly appreciated and nurtured in this position.

This is a part time position in the training phase, which can last between 6 months and 1 year OR COMPLETE AS EARLY AS 3 WEEKS. Hours increase with skill development. Wages increase with productivity.

Hours: 8- 3 or 3-8 M-S
